Missed Pickups

Because cookies are baked fresh and to order, missed pickups may result in forfeiture of that month’s box. Cookies cannot be remade, refunded, or rolled over.

Payments & Refunds

All memberships are prepaid in full at signup.
Due to the nature of baked-to-order production, no refunds or cancellations are available once a subscription begins.
