Thank you for choosing Fat Daddy’s Bakery for your sweet celebration! To ensure a smooth and delicious experience, please review our preorder terms and conditions below:

• All custom cakes, cupcakes, and specialty items must be preordered in advance.
   
• We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially during busy seasons like graduations and holidays.
   

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order and event date.
   
• The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.
   
• Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled without refund of the deposit.
   

• We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but all design and flavor changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup.
   
• Changes are not guaranteed and may affect the final price.
   

• All deposits are non-refundable.
   
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the pickup date may receive a partial credit toward a future order at our discretion.
   
• Orders canceled within 7 days of pickup will not be refunded or credited.
   

• Pickup is at our home kitchen in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
   
• Please arrive at your scheduled time. We are a small-batch bakery and cannot guarantee availability outside of your scheduled window.
   
• Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any damages during transport or setup.
   

• We offer gluten-friendly and vegan-friendly options upon request. However, please note our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.
   
• We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
