Fat Daddy's Bakery operates as a home-based cottage bakery in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. We are licensed under the Cottage Food Law and adhere to all regulations required by the state of California and Orange County. Permit No. PR140275

How To Order: Orders can be placed through our website, via email, or by phone. We require a minimum notice of 72 hours for most orders, though larger or more complex orders may require additional time. Please contact us directly for custom orders.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is received and reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review the details and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Custom Orders: For custom orders, including cakes, cookies, and cupcakes, detailed specifications must be provided at the time of ordering. Changes to custom orders are allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled

pickup or delivery date, depending on the nature of the change.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card or cash, if sale is conducted in-person. Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.

Deposits: For large or custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders canceled within this timeframe will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery will not be eligible for a refund. (Note: Catered Events and Weddings are subject to Cancellation Policy in Event Contract.)

Refund Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our location in Rancho Santa Margarita at the scheduled time. Please ensure timely pickup as we cannot guarantee the freshness of products not collected within 24 hours of the

agreed pickup time.

Delivery: Delivery is available within a limited area for an additional fee. The delivery time will be confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for any delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Fat Daddy's Bakery uses common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take steps to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free. Customers with food allergies should notify us at the time of ordering.

While we strive to provide products that match the descriptions and photos on our website and social media, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

All content on the Fat Daddy's Bakery website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Fat Daddy's Bakery and may not be used or reproduced without our express written consent.
